Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fan Creations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

• If any item on the packing list was not received, please wait two days from the receipt of the first package to determine if there is a carrier delay or shipping issue.
• Returns must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product.
• Please email sales@fan-creations.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and send them to the address provided along with a copy of your original invoice and the RMA number.
• A refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item(s).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note the following:

• The returned item(s) must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
• We cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made items unless the item was printed incorrectly and does not match the what was ordered.   
• If you receive a damaged product, please email us immediately at sales@fan-creations.com and include a photo of the damaged item(s). A replacement will be sent out within 2 business days.
